Controller

• Full Time, Mon- Fri 8:30am-5pm
• Compensation: $65-75k based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting activities within the organization
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Develop annual budgets and provide monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Produce and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Supervise cash flow and maintain liquidity
• Establish and oversee rigorous internal controls to safeguard assets and guarantee accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage timely tax compliance.
• Develop financial policies and procedures
• Ensure the financial health of the organization and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insight and guidance on company strategies.

 Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
•  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficient in Desktop QuickBooks, 
• Proficient in MS Office software with advanced Excel skills
