Express Employment is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Scheduler for our client in Plymouth, MI. This is a full time, long term position with a Tier 1 automotive supplier. As a Production Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, utilizing your expertise in supply chain management and production planning to optimize our manufacturing capabilities.

Production Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Control, coordinate and develop the internal chain
• Coordinate production instruction Kanban
• Coordinate finished goods and WIP locations
• Control and coordinate all internal transfer and receiving data entry
• Production scheduling
• Operation of daily, weekly and monthly MRPII/ERP processes
• Inventory control analysis, cycle counts, variance analysis; preparation and keying of related inventory transactions
• Physical Inventory - preparation, counting/auditing counts, variance analysis

Production Scheduler Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production, scheduling, and/or inventory experience
• Proficient in MS Office and any MRP systems
• Analytical skill set
