Order Specialist Job Summary 
Location:         Chelmsford, MA 
Salary:             $22 - 24/hour depending on experience
Schedule:         8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
This is an evaluation hire (permanent) position 

 

Responsibilities of the Order Specialist:

• Help process incoming orders
• Manage multiple tasks
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers each day in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all customer information is accurately entered
• General office responsibilities

 

Qualifications of the Order Specialist: 

• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• Some purchasing experience preferrerd
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong PC skills including work with MS apps
• High school diploma or GED
