Responsibilities- Handle outbound calls in a professional manner- Provide information about products or services- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experience- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Qualifications- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
