Location: Sheridan, AR

 

Starting Pay: $15 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sand Technician to join our team in Sheridan, AR. The Sand Technician will work with a crew of 3 to 4 members on a conveyor line. The primary responsibilities include lifting 50-pound bags off the conveyor and palletizing them for transport to the warehouse.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and palletize 50-pound bags from the conveyor line.
• Assist with cleanup around the lines and plant area, including shoveling loose material.
• Label bags by placing stickers on them.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in daily safety meetings.

 

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:50 AM - 5:00 PM
• 10-minute safety meeting prior to shift start
• Overtime

 

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for labeling and cleanup tasks.
