Service/Installation Manager (Overhead Door, Dock and Gate Industry)

Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 Annually

Our client, a well-established company located in Mississauga, is looking for a Service/Installation Manager to join their team!
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Wages: Competitive wage based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operation of the department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
• Provide estimates to customers for service.
• Organizes and maintains all corresponding documents pertaining to each and every job.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure that we capture all completed jobs and obtain customer signatures on same.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
  
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate 
• 5 years experience in Customer Service
• 2-5 years of experience in the overhead doors & gate industry. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office and QuickBooks preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration would be an asset.
