Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a 1^st Shift Maintenance Technician in Bowling Green, KY. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Pay Rate: Based on experience. Interested candidates will need to have prior maintenance experience and an up-to-date resume. This is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Working on appliance in apartments 
• Fixing doors/doorknobs and windows
• Maintaining cleanliness around the property

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

• Dependable, punctual, good attendance
• Highschool Diploma/GED
• Maintenance experience
• HAVC experience
• EPA experience  

Physical Requirements of Maintenance Technician:

• Bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• On feet all day
