Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of finished parts.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure consistent and accurate production.
• Maintain press brake equipment, including regular inspections and troubleshooting issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating press brake machines or similar metalworking equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move metal parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make machine adjustments.
• Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
