Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Property Maintenance HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties. This role also includes general maintenance duties to ensure the overall upkeep of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and provide timely and effective repairs.
• Install, replace, or upgrade HVAC systems and components as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and property managers promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field is preferred.
• HVAC certification (EPA certification a plus).
• Proven experience in HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of general property maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
