Leasing Consultant

Express Employment is recruiting for a Leasing Consultant for our premier client located in Laramie, WY.  The ideal candidate will have a passion in assisting individuals to deliver unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners.

This position is $12 - $15 per hour, based on experience, with an optional housing discount.

Primary job duties include providing superior customer service.  Show, lease and move in prospective community members, update unit availability daily, process rental applications and maintenance request. General office task such as clerical and phone support. Maintenance of tenant files to include move-in and move out calendars. This position is a full time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. This is an Evaluation Hire position with excellent benefits upon hire. Medical, Vision, Dental, retirement

• Strong sales background
• Knowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing

qualification: 

• Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident
• High school education or equivalent is required
• Ability to fluently read and write English,
• One year of experience in a service industry is preferred
