Perform inspections on all incoming product using Calipers, Micrometers, Gage pins, etc. • Communicate with engineering to determine usability of nonconforming material. • Notify Q.C. Supervisor of nonconforming material. • Assist with notifying vendors of nonconforming material. • Schedule or perform weekly, quarterly, semiannual and annual calibrations. • Maintain calibration log and records. • Maintain active and inactive files.
