Salary: Up to $45/hour

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• A HVAC Contractor in the south Indy area is looking to add a Journeyman Sheet Metal Supervisor to their team!
• This is a direct hire position with a company who offers a family-like environment
• The Sheet Metal Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 4-6, creating jobsite timeline and scheduling, material ordering, and more
• The Supervisor will be boots on the ground, working alongside of the crew installing sheet metal / ductwork

Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $45/hour depending on experience
• Company vehicle provided each day
• 401K with match and profit sharing

• Tools are provided

Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am start

Requirements:

• Ideally 8-10 years of sheet metal experience and have a Journeymen card
• Ideally be OSHA 10 Safety Certified- company will provide if needed
• Must have valid DL
• Positive attitude and excellent teammate
