Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities include delivering large appliances to customers' homes, safely moving appliances using proper lifting techniques, and installing appliances utilizing basic plumbing skills and hand tools. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record and be capable of safely driving a non-CDL box truck.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Arrive promptly by 8am and complete assigned delivery routes in a timely manner.
2. Safely lift and move large appliances using proper lifting techniques, both individually and with partner assistance.
3. Deliver appliances to customers' homes while providing exceptional service.
4. Install appliances, including basic plumbing tasks, using hand tools and following installation guidelines.
5. Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
6. Uphold a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a team setting.
7. Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
8. Assist with warehouse work as needed.
9. Demonstrate basic handyman or plumbing knowledge, with a willingness to learn and improve skills.
10. Ensure long-term retention with the company by contributing positively to the team and embracing company values.

Requirements:

1. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
2. Ability to safely drive a non-CDL box truck.
3. Knowledge of safe lifting techniques for heavy objects, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs individually and in excess of 50lbs with partner assistance.
4. Basic plumbing skills and knowledge of hand tool use.
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
6. Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
7. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the delivery and installation process.
