Feeder Machine Operator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Feeder Machine Operator to join a local manufacturing company in South Omaha! 

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: All 3 shifts available
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: Up to $18/hr

Job Duties:
•    Set up and operate feeder machines according to production specifications and work orders.
•    Load raw materials into the feeder machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
•    Monitor the feeding process to ensure consistent and accurate material flow.
•    Adjust machine settings as needed to accommodate different material types and production requirements.
•    Inspect materials and products for quality, making adjustments to the machine to correct any issues.
•    Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on feeder machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
•    Maintain accurate production records, including quantities, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
•    Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
•    Previous experience as a Feeder Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.
•    Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and work orders.
•    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
•    Good communication and teamwork skills.
•    Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
