Description: Our client, located in Oak Park, that specializes in manufacturing of shutters, doorlites, gable louvers, and brackets is seeking a Skilled Millworker/wood worker to join their growing team! This client is looking for someone to come on board permanent and full time. Once hired in, they are looking to promote from within and move the individual to a managerial position or train in their foremanship program!

In this role, the associate will turn raw material, machining to specifications, moldings to produce shutters and louvered products. The candidate will be mechanically inclined, ambitious, have woodworking skills and posses strong, basic math skills. In addition, the candidate will be lifting up to 50 pounds and will be standing and bending for a period of time.
