Schedule: 1st Shift; Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Company Overview:

Our client specializes in industrial-grade pretreatments, powder, and liquid painting services for small, medium, and large-sized components. They are expanding their team and are looking for a skilled Yard Switcher to join their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Move tractor trailers around the yard and back trailers into tight areas.
• Operate yard dogs to maneuver trailers.
• Perform sit-down forklift operations.
• Unload and load flatbed trucks.
• Manage yard logistics efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Yard Switcher is required.
• Hardworking and quick to learn new tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team player.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Heavy equipment operation and/or CDL driving experience is encouraged.
