Job Summary:                                     Parts Inventory

 

We are looking for a parts/inventory person to work for a well know appliance company in

the Ft Myers area.  In this position you would be  responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of parts and materials. This role involves tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers to support the operational needs of the organization.

 

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including parts and materials. Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

Ordering and Procurement: Order parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, manage procurement processes, and track order status.

Stock Organization: Organize and categorize inventory in a manner that ensures easy access and efficient use. Implement and maintain an effective inventory control system.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including usage logs, stock levels, and order histories. Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate and up to date.

Schedule:  8am-4:30pm Fri & Sat
