Production Manager Position Summary:

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager! As a Production Manager you'll oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations within. You'll need to:

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Plan production schedules as needed.

• Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.

• Monitor productivity rates.

• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and within budget and that quality standards and targets are met.

• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.

• Review worker performance and identify training needs.

Training Needs:

• 1.) How to navigate Fishbowl for work order schedules and printing of work travelers.

• 2.) Quality Standards needed documents and their location on the computer.

• 3.) Company Handbook and Upper Managements expectation.

• MUST have experience in wire cable manufacturing

• MUST be mechanically and electronically skilled.

• MUST have management experience.
