Our client in Akron, OH immediately seeks an Industrial Painter for their industrial coatings applications team to apply solvent and water based paints to metal and other surfaces.

Position Details:

Pay is $17.00 to $20.00/hr DOE (Up to $800 paid weekly)
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Responsibilities may include:

• Paint/ apply coatings per customer specifications in an efficient manner.
• Responsible for tools and equipment in work area.
• Responsible for recording time on the job he/she is working on.
• Maintains a clean work area and puts away tools.
• Must keep appropriate documentation of hazardous materials and waste.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Works safely, following all procedures and utilizing proper safety equipment.
• Able to utilize conventional spray equipment.
• Lift/Carry up to 50lbs alone and up to 75lbs assisted.
