Salary: $28-32/hr DOE

High-level CNC Machine Operator

• Full-time, Monday - Friday with opportunity for overtime
• $28-32/hr DOE
• Located in Manchester, CT
• 3 years of setup experience

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, understand and modify programs directly on the machines, preferably with Okuma controls experience
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and logic to carry out written and oral instructions
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Assist in helping other operators to maintain production and quality
• Working knowledge of CNC machines, both turning and milling preferred
• Good basic math skills with knowledge of decimals, fractions, and other basic shop math. Experience with the metric system is preferred.
• Ability to inspect own parts
• Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure
• Ability to run multiple machines simultaneously
