Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Technician to join our team in Hope, AR. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLCs, electrical systems, and specialty controls. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, basic wiring, and troubleshooting various control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical-based control systems.
• Perform electrical wiring and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair control systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on control systems and electrical components.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices to enhance skills and job performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with electrical systems, and specialty controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in basic wiring and troubleshooting techniques.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Must pass a drug screening and physical examination.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 work schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, repeat).
