Job Posting: Fulfillment Specialist

Location: South Charlotte, NC
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in warehouse operations and are detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards.
• Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.

Must Haves:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
