Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor for a local manufacturing company. In this role, you will coordinate the workflow activities of warehouse personnel and ensure smooth operations by stepping in to perform all warehouse functions when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of warehouse personnel.
• Perform all warehouse job functions, including forklift operation, to fill in as needed.
• Enforce scheduling, break times, overtime, and shift rotations.
• Manage shipping, material handling, blend pulling, and pick ticket generation.
• Utilize ERP systems and demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, packaging, and/or warehousing.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform all warehouse functions, including operating a forklift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
