 A locally owned marketing and communications company in Northbrook is look for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Monday - Friday, 8 - 6 p.m. (flexible), Pay is $18 per hour.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As the CSR, you core responsibilities for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal care of each customer and ensuring their requirements and needs are met.  Determine services requested, collect payments, and/or arrange for billing.  Be the point of contact internally for the customer and subject matter expert of the products and services to the customer and community.  Will train right candidate.
