Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will help clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice and customized insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. This role requires a passion for helping others, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of health and life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation & Sales:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their health and life insurance needs.
    • Recommend appropriate insurance products based on a thorough analysis of client needs and financial situation.
    • Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
    • Assist clients in completing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into sales.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.
    • Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state/federal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.
    • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the sale and management of insurance products.
  • Team Collaboration & Development:

    • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and achieve company goals.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Health and Life Insurance License in [State].
  • Proven experience in health and life insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
