Wet Batch Painter Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for finishing by ensuring all surfaces are properly prepped.
• Accurately mix various primers and paints.
• Apply coatings with precision, following industry and military specifications.
• Inspect finished products and record results to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain all finishing equipment regularly.
• Lift heavy parts repetitively and stand for the duration of your shift.

Wet Batch Painter Requirements:

• Proven ability to prep parts, mix and apply primers and paints, and apply coatings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to coating application and equipment handling.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy parts repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.
