 Skills/Experience Required:

·         Keeping apartment ground clean and tidy

·         Basic handy man repair

·         Changing doorknobs and fixtures

·         Taking work orders for residents

·         Ability to arrive at work on time

·         Perform job duties in an efficient and responsible manner

·         Previous apartment maintenance a plus but not required

·         Pay is based on experience
