Job Responsibilities

• Pulling orders and preparing for shipment to customers

• Weighing and packing orders

• Printing labels and shipping orders via UPS and FEDEX system, ensuring accuracy

• Hand stack orders on pallets

• Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift

• Loading and unloading of containers and trucks

• Verifying and signing for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy

• Daily count of inventory as well as end of year inventory

• Data entry

• Maintain proper amount of shipping supplies

• Safeguarding sensitive company and employee information

• Ensure racks/storage areas are neat and organized

• General cleaning of work area

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Forklift Knowledge.

• Efficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office

• Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

• Prior experience of UPS and FEDEX software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sense of organization and urgency

• Able to work independently without constant supervision

• Ability to lift and stack boxes

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs without assistance

• Walking and standing for long periods of time
