Day Shift Available: 

• Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Salary:

• $85K - $95K Based on Experience

Transportation:

• MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimating and field work experience on construction projects
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• Procore, Building Connect, Blueprint Reading and CAD experience
• High level of comfort and experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,etc.) as well as a CRM software (MailChimp or similar.)
• Knowledge of construction contracts and terminology
• Experience in estimating across all Divisional trade
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
• Provide and explain information to various managers.
• Ability to meet both internal and external deadlines.
• Maintain business relationships with various vendors and subcontractors who provide pricing on projects being estimated.
• Ability to assist in presenting analysis of project cost estimates, expenditures and
• forecasts to managers in order to enable/enhance project/program decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional client service
• Desire to grow with our company and advance to a senior project manager position

Design and Build company. For this role, there is tremendous opportunity for career

growth. This position reports directly to the Founder and CEO and oversees the

construction estimating and project management activities in the organization.

 

The ideal candidate is an expert in analyzing architectural plans, writing estimates,

preparing RFIs, Proposals, negotiating, communicating across a variety of

organizational levels, a strategic thinker, is detail oriented and is an expert relationship

builder. This role functions as the point person for the project and steers it forward.
