1st Shift | $15-$20/hour 

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East - Skilled Trades Team is now interviewing to fulfill a Machine Operator for a manufacturing firm in Milford, OH. This person will be responsible for running a slitter/rewinder or film lamination machine. Training will be provided to the right candidate, though flexible packaging production experience is strongly preferred. 

Core Qualifications: 
• Experience in successful operation of a machine in a production environment
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and ability to communicate
effectively with individuals from various professional backgrounds
• Personal responsibility and good attendance
• Ability to plan strategically for efficient scheduling and production
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, in order to meet production objectives
• Knowledge of or experience in flexible packaging preferred, but not required

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm
Pay: $15-$20/hour, based on experience
