Full time Direct Hire opportunity for Project Manager with military installation experience highly preferred, or 7+ years of relevant project manager work experience in Janitorial, Maintenance and or Grounds -Operations department

 

Responsible for overall management and coordination of contract. Manages day to day operations.  3. Make sure all employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with all contractual requirements. Manage and maintain Quality Control and Safety Program.

 

This position provides support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal course of business.

 

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills

Decision making

Problem-solver

Irrigators license preferred

Oak Wilt Certification preferred

CQM - preferred

OSHA 30 General Industry required

 

This position leads the Janitorial/Ground Maintenance staff and reports to the Director of Operations.

Experience leading a top performing janitorial/maintenance crew required.
