Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales - Part Time

Our client, a Drug Testing Company in Noblesville, IN has asked us to help them find a part-time Administrative Assistant.  This job is perfect for someone seeking extra income who has flexibility with their schedule. 

 What will you be doing as the part-time Administrative Assistant?

• Create and update Excel spreadsheets to calculate totals, multiply, determine averages, and other formulas/functions.
• Draft email correspondence and letters to clients and prospects. Edit the drafts after receiving edits. Send completed emails and mail letters.
• Call current clients to provide order status updates and call former clients who have not placed orders to learn why they have not ordered and how to encourage them to do so.
• Work will be performed on site.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration as a part-time Administrative Assistant:

• Prior experience creating and updating Excel spreadsheets with formulas and functions.
• Prior experience drafting and distributing email and letters.
• Prior experience calling current customers to ensure satisfaction and calling former clients to increase business.
