Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. As a P&C Licensed Agent, you will be responsible for offering clients comprehensive insurance solutions to protect their assets and mitigate risks. You will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C insurance products.
• Generate new business by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Process policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations.
• Educate clients on policy coverage options, terms, and conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company''s growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• Proven experience as a P&C insurance agent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, underwriting processes, and state regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
