Salary: $18.30/hour

Our client in Cedar Rapids is looking for a Spot Welder!!

General Duties:

• Operation of resistance/projection spot welders
• Load parts into the machine
• Activate the machine
• Execute the weld cycle, including dressing, changing, spacing, and adjusting welding tips
• Maintain high weld quality by following standard work guidelines
• Adhere to process instructions and print specifications

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Formal training or education through an accredited welding program or technical school desired
• Lifting up to 50 lbs

Hours:

• 6am – 4:30pm
• Monday – Thursday
• Optional Overtime on Friday’s

Pay:

• $18.30/hour
