Property Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join a local company in Corsicana, TX!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Repair and maintain apartment units, common areas, and other property facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintain pool maintenance as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
