Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude, capable of reading a tape measure to within 1/16th of an inch, possess basic math skills, and interpret blueprints. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs consistently and welding in both standing and bending positions. Extensive fabrication experience is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in welding, fitting, fabrication, and installation within the structural and miscellaneous metals industry. On-site installation is necessary, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Brazing and repair experience are preferred.
