Field Service Coordinator to manage technician schedules for equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. You'll play a key role in enhancing our field service operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site visits, manage technician schedules, and ensure timely resource allocation.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Plan and execute shipments and deliveries in collaboration with shipping and production teams.
• Track shipments and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Identify and address quality issues, review documentation, and seek supervisor guidance for complex issues.
• Promote preventative maintenance services to customers.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of freight contracts and shipping practices.

Pay: $25-$27p/h
