Pay rate- $20 an hour

 

Schedule- Tuesday through Friday 11:30am-8pm which includes a 30 minute lunch and on Saturday from 10am-2pm

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts from individuals and businesses. You will use your communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to individuals or businesses with overdue accounts via phone, email, or mail.
• Use negotiation skills to persuade debtors to make payments or set up payment plans.
• Track and manage overdue accounts and payment statuses.
• Ensure terms are clearly communicated and documented.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and interaction with debtors.
• Accurate record-keeping and attention to account details to ensure correctness.
• Efficiently manage multiple accounts and track various payment plans.
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines for debt collection practices
