Express Employment Professionals is now hiring qualified Industrial Painters for a production facility located in the Newberry area.  This position includes full time hours of Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm and compensation ranging $19.00 - $20.00 hourly.

This role will include:

-Working in metal fabrication shop paint department

-Will include training and completing tasks in 3 departments including blasting, prep, and painting

-Responsible for media blasting fabricated components to remove all rust from surface and prepare for next steps in the process

-Responsible for sanding materials, applying body filler, taping parts, etc.

-Hanging all parts of racks, moving into the paint booth, using air tools to apply paint, etc.

This role will require wearing paint booth full suit with hood / air belt.  This role will require lifting up to 50 lbs. 

Ideal candidates will have previous fabrication shop experience including prepping materials for paint, etc.
