Shift: 1st shift; Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

This company specializes in industrial-grade pretreatments, powder, and liquid painting services for a variety of components. They operate multiple automated and conveyor-driven systems, providing flexibility and efficiency for both high-capacity and smaller batch applications. The company is looking to expand their team with a Lead Maintenance Technician.

Summary:

The Lead Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of tasks related to production support, equipment, and facilities maintenance. This role involves performing routine and emergency preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairing designated equipment and facilities. The technician will also manage all maintenance techs across 1st and 2nd shifts, create, support, and maintain an electronic maintenance program, and assign duties from the system.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and service for equipment and facilities.
• Manage maintenance technicians across 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Create and support an electronic maintenance program, assigning duties as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems.
• Replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, ensuring adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in power supplies (460/3/60, 208/3/60, 110/1/60 control circuits, 24VDC, PLCs preferred).
• Skills: Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and perform a variety of maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, welding, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and simple machining.
• Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit to lift or move heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical activity.
• Certifications: Forklift certification required (testing will be conducted).
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and understand English, follow written instructions, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated, a team player, and open to overtime.
