Are you an organized and experienced professional with a knack for office operations and supporting a dynamic team? We are seeking an DATA ENTRY Operator to oversee our the daily reporting and operations and ensure the smooth functioning of their office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verifying accuracy of data entered
• Fixing data inconsistencies
• Troubleshooting data entry issues
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Scan documents for digital files
• Support the team with any additional tasks to facilitate a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Monday - Friday 

6:00am - 4:00pm
