Salary: $100,000-$130,000

Our well-established client is searching for their next Accountant in the construction industry! This role consists of assisting the Project Executive for the financials for large projects. The accountant will work closely with management teams to collect and reports and activities at a financial aspect.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain financial forecasting and cash flows for projects.
• Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to give forecasting updates.
• Prepare reporting for client meetings alongside Project Executive.
• Be main point of contact for financial communications
• Work with project management on budgeting, phasing, cost codes.
• Lead the onsite finance/admin team to ensure efficiency and successful adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 8+ years of construction accounting preferred
• Advanced knowledge of construction job cost accounting

Salary:

$100,000-$130,000
