Pay: $17.00/hr 

Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Solar Panel Production Line Operator. 

As a Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the equipment used in the manufacturing of solar panels. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality solar panels.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the produced solar panels meet company standards
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in production line operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
