Express Employment is looking to hire an Inside Sales/ Warehouse Representative for one of our respected Caldwell clients. 

 

This position will contribute to customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in customers, build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies, write sales orders, check in and receive freight, box and palletize out bound shipments, maintain a clean and safe working environment. 

 

Pay Rate: $18 - 20 / hr DOE 

Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8AM - 5PM (or when needed) 

 

Job Duties:

• Assist and conduct counter sales as needed and as required
• Input customer orders, quotes, bid etc. for product
• Pull & organize orders
• Quote and sell supplier's products that provide value to the customer
• Handle customer complaints and returns with a positive attitude
• Use electronic and published catalogs to provide product, pricing and availability information to customers

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude is required 
• Customer Service - mechanic auto part counter preferred
• Able to lift product up to 70 lbs (non-repetitive) daily
• Experience stocking inventory up to 6 ft
• Able to manage phone lines (phone etiquette)
