We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join a team in the Covington/Mandeville area. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications.
• Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, from application to closing.
• Assess borrowers' financial situations to determine loan eligibility.
• Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in mortgage loan software and other relevant tools.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines and regulatory required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
