Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems including lighting, lighting controls, normal and emergency power systems.
• Develop comprehensive electrical system designs, including one-line/riser diagrams, arc flash analysis, and short-circuit studies.
• Coordinate with utilities, select equipment, and specify electrical systems tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct field investigations and observations, ensuring design accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Oversee construction administration and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers and designers.
• Utilize software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM (or EasyPower) for design and documentation purposes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• E.I.T./P.E. registration is preferred.
• 6+ years of project experience in electrical design (10+ years for non-degreed candidates).
• Strong technical expertise in major electrical systems and a deep understanding of industry codes, standards, and guidelines.
• Proficiency in software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SKM (or EasyPower), and Bluebeam.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplined team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
