Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of construction projects, including new builds and renovations.
• Develop comprehensive bid packages and ensure timely submission of all proposals.
• Engage in follow-up with clients and stakeholders on submitted bids, maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals, scopes, and budgets.
• Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical certification is also preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, including Timberline, ICE-Estimating, and On-Screen Takeoff.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
