Pay: $18-22/Hour DOE

Primary duties:

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 Years Laboratory Tech experience
• Must possess HS Diploma, Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred

• Performing laboratory tests on field samples by following SOPs
• Carrying out analyses accurately and in a timely manner by following strict methodologies
• Preparing field samples
• Operating, maintaining and constructing standard laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, fume hoods, hot plates, stir plates, analytical balances, Karl Fischer, densitometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, Ion Chromatograph, pipettes and titrators
• Keeping the lab consumables well stocked and resourced
• Recording and sometimes interpreting results to account managers and/or service technician, as well as the lab manager
• Using computers and Microsoft office to build data reports for analytical results
• Following and conducting strict safety procedures
•  Keeping a well-maintained laboratory environment by keeping bench tops and walkways clear and free of debris and clutter.
