Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, and fixture installation. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the apartment complex, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, and installing or repairing fixtures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, particularly drywall, painting, and fixture installation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
