Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Fabricator Welder position for a Bryan, Tx  company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform fabrication welding using MIG and TIG techniques on aluminum and stainless steel materials.
• Utilize MIG wire welding within the last 6 months (not just stick welding).
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and structural standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct welding tests as part of the hiring process.
  

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fabrication welding.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, specifically with aluminum and stainless steel.
• Recent experience with MIG wire welding.
• Strong fitting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in a fabrication shop environment is essential (experience in outage welding is not applicable).
